CA. Kedia is managing partner of the Firm. Born in January 1967, he has distinction of qualifying as C.A. and ICWA along with graduation at the age of 21 years. He did his graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta in the year 1987.

CA. Kedia has 20 years of post qualification experience in the hardcore profession of accountancy. He has in his credit experience in the field of Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, VAT & Sales tax, FCRA, 35AC, NGO matters, Fema, Foreign taxation, Transfer Pricing, STPI, Foreign Collaborations etc.

CA. Kedia has served following organisations before the formation of this Firm :
i) Gupta & Agarwal, Chartered Accountants, Calcutta.
ii) A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi.
iii) Sanjeev Chopra & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi.

CA Kedia has been elected as member of North India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the year 2010-2013.
